 I came across Room to Grow Living while searching for a place to live that would be accepting of my hectic life. I could not have hoped for a better situation to show itself to me then when I met the community living in the house I'm now lucky enough to call home. Room to Grow Living helped me to find the people and culture that could help me succeed in my career and personal life. They were incredibly punctual in their responses and very caring of what I needed to be happy.

 Room To Grow  has been the most accommodating property management companies I have ever and the pleasure of working with. The clear and frequent communication has been awesome, the culture created in the home has been amazing, I have found a community of people who not only want to help me grow career-wise but also on a personal level.  The managers at Room to Grow are very kind, and their heart goes into what they do. They genuinely focus on creating community in each house or property they manage, taking the time to get to know you as a person. They do their best to create a cohesive, easygoing environment as well, grouping residents up by interest, work schedules, and lifestyles.

When issues come up in the house, they often handle things themselves instead of sending a stranger to take care of the leaky sink or what have you. That's one thing I really valued about them when I lived in one of their houses. They were very responsive! There's no waiting 24-48 hours to even hear back from someone in charge when something goes wrong in your living space.

 This was definitely one of the best experiences I had sharing a living space with a group of people who bonded together like a family. Beiwen and his team, always made sure everyone felt at home, providing everything and anything that was needed to ensure a fun, secure and integrated community. Always very responsive, who treated you like family and showed how much he cared about his tenants and the communities he was building for the benefit of everyone that was part of it. I can't thank him and his team enough for all the support that was provided to me since day one and the awesome people I met and grew with at the house. It was just an incredible experience altogether, where I was not only sharing a home with exceptional people, but also being part of something bigger and making real life connections. I highly recommend this living experience that Beiwen and his team are creating.  Hope to be back in the near future!

  Absolutely fantastic!  I moved to Bellevue for an internship, and being my last-minute-self, I did not find a place to live before moving. I showed up to the place with my suitcases, and not much of a plan. The fellas welcomed me with open arms, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to sleep, and a place to call home.  After moving in, I made friends with the landlords, and they gave me a proper tour of the area. My roommates were well picked, and living there was a pleasure. The management is transparent and always willing to help -- always trying to keep the house informed and keeping the ball rolling. Most effort I have seen from any of my many previous living experiences.  Highly recommend, lots of interesting people to meet, and lots of growth that can happen for everyone.  To the management, thank you! I wish you all the success in the world, and hope you continue to grow this business, yourselves, and everyone in your circle.

 I had a great experience living in one of the houses. They were very nice to us, wanted to build a relationship and they were there when I needed them.
My room was very nice as well as my roomies.

 Finding a place to live through Room to Grow has made my move from the other side of the country a smooth transition. I was nervous to move away from my big family to live on my own in Seattle, but luckily I didn't have to. Here I am surrounded by people who genuinely care about my life goals and my well-being.

The owners are both personable and professional. They periodically check in with every home, and any time a problem arises someone is there to address the issue that same day.

I could not be happier living with people who see the world differently than I do. Their perspectives have given me the opportunity to reflect on who I am and who I want to be.

I often say that I don't just live with roommates; I live with an extension of my big family. I didn't just find a room; I found a home.
