Our single-family homes provide tenants with privacy and ample space to communicate with other roommates. 

Yes, we organize community events and activities throughout the year to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among our residents. These may include movie nights, game nights, potlucks, and other fun activities.  

The common area typically includes a shared kitchen, living room, dining area, and outdoor space such as a patio or backyard. These areas are shared among all residents and are furnished with basic amenities such as appliances, seating, and other essentials. You are welcome to bring your own furniture if there is space!
